I would like to take the opportunity to thank Snyder Environmental Systems for their outstanding work on the recent Charles Town Wastewater Plant improvement project. This project was a retrofit of existing old style MBR filtration equipment to new and upgraded MBR filtration equipment requiring a complete demolition of the old equipment and installation of the new equipment.

Snyder Environmental has a heck of a water line crew and they are doing a wonderful job.

I reside in Martinsburg and recently had the opportunity to interact with the staff from Snyder Environmental Services. I wanted to tell you that every single gentleman on your crew were extremely professional and couldn’t have been more helpful to me as they installed new water main lines in my front yard. We experienced a very dangerous situation where one of your employees accidentally hit the main power line in the ground to my house. Thankfully and most importantly, that employee was not injured. Your men worked with me all afternoon and early evening to have the power restored to my home.

Your employees are very hard working and seem to be very supportive of each other as they carry out their job duties.

I thought that you should be aware of how great they interact with the public.

I want you to know how wonderful your employees are that are working in Front Royal, VA. Not only are they professional, they are also extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and masters of their trade. It is wonderful watching how they operate so efficiently as a team.Kudos to your team and they are representing your company’s name on the side of their equipment, very well.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank SES, CEC, and City staff for your great work in overseeing the completion of the Raleigh Street Stormwater and Creekside Sewer Projects. Both projects have been on the City’s CIP list for many years. These infrastructure improvement projects will enhance the neighborhoods they serve for many years.
Again, the City appreciates everyone’s efforts. Good job to all!!
