Congratulations to our Quarterly Safety Award Recipient,

Snyder Environmental Services foreman’s submit the names of employees that they observe working safely on the job. Each nominee is then entered into a quarterly drawing for a $100 Visa Gift Card.

Our 3rd Quarter Recipient is:

Steve Williams a Foreman on one of our Construction-Plumbing crews was nominated by his Job Superintendent – Chuck Goff for his safe work practices.

Letter of appreciation

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Snyder Environmental Systems for their outstanding work on the recent Charles Town Wastewater Plant improvement project. This project was a retrofit of existing old style MBR filtration equipment to new and upgraded MBR filtration equipment requiring a complete demolition of the old equipment and installation of the new equipment.

This project started just before the COVID 19 outbreak and H2O Innovation was unable to send anyone to this site to verify dimensions, make more detailed drawings and piping measurements. With the summer season coming to an end and cold weather greatly affecting the operation it was with great urgency that Charles Town be operational before freezing conditions set in.

The field crew from Snyder environmental was very efficient in the installation and retrofitting of existing piping to the new equipment. There were hurdles and obstacles to overcome but the retrofit was completed in time to make the weather deadline.

I would like to thank Kaz Link and Chuck Goff and his crew for the long days and having to field fit some piping and equipment. Some days were before daylight and after darkness set in onsite. Their commitment was always there.

Congratulations on the excellent focus article about you and your firm recently published in the CAWV Construction News. As I read the article, I saw many parallels between the examples that it cited of your high standards to excellent and professional performance, and the experience that MUB has recently enjoyed in our work with you and your firm.
SES has recently completed for MUB a large diameter boring beneath the runway of the Morgantown Airport, and installation of a large stormwater box culvert at Sabraton and Hartman Run Road.
In each of these jobs, we found every member of your team to be kind, courteous, professional, and dedicated to the highest levels of BOTH professional service and personal behavior.
The performance of your team shows that you have succeeded in translating your own high personal standards of conduct into a unique and remarkable corporate culture. For that Sir, you have my respect and admiration. And of course, my thanks for the great work that was done here.
